Frequently Asked Questions


i want to order a trophy but it's out of stock, can i still order it?


All trophies if low on stock or out of stock will show a due date of when we expect to receive further supplies. We would suggest you choose an alternative but if the item is due for delivery we can still supply this. If the item is out of stock with no delivery due you will be unable to order this online, either telephone us on (01943) 601938 e-mail us at or add a mesage to your checkout notes and we will check to see if we can obtain further supplies. Please bear in mind trophies are seasonal items and we are not always able to source extra stock.


Can I specify a different delivery address?


If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout. Please note however that for a first order, the delivery must be to the cardholders address.


What do I do if I receive a broken trophy?


We have a no quibble replacement policy in place. Whilst we package our trophies securely we do understand this can happen occasionally. If you receive a broken item please contact our Sales Department on (01943) 601938 or e-mail us at and we'll arrange an immediate replacement for you.


i need my trophies before the first available presentation date, how do i order?


Please place your order as normal with the earliest presentation date allowed and enter a note at the checkout of the date you need these for, whilst we cannot guarantee to meet this date we will certainly do our utmost. If we cannot meet this date we will inform you immediately and prior to taking payment should you wish to cancel.
