How long will my order take to arrive?

A

An order without any customisation will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 2.00 p.m. An order with customisation will be despatched in 2 working days from receipt of payment and confirmation of artwork. Please allow up to 1 day for shipping.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

A

If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout. Please note however that for a first order, the delivery must be to the cardholders address.

What if it is the wrong trophy on arrival?

A

If we have shipped a different trophy or medal to those you have confirmed, we will replace the items free of charge. However we cannot replace customised goods supplied in accordance with the customisation sheets which you have confirmed. We therefore strongly suggest that you check all the details online before placing your order.

Any goods that are supplied uncustomised can be returned for an exchange providing that they are received intact.

How do I arrange for a sample to be sent?

A

You can request a sample of your preferred item online or ring us on (01943) 601938. Trophy samples need to be paid in full, but we will despatch a fully printed sample with FREE postage the same day if ordered before 12 noon. If a trophy is unsuitable and is returned back to us we will refund the cost of the trophy initially paid.

Unfortunately due to high carriage amounts we are unable to send samples internationally.

Can you invoice the sponsor directly?

A

At the bottom of the payment screen there is a section to add additional instructions for this order. If would like us to invoice your sponsor directly, please add those instructions there.

How do I make payment?

A

Full payment must be made before your order goes into processing. Payment can be made via Cheque, Credit or Debit Card and Bacs Transfer.

Is there a minimum order value?

Can I collect from the warehouse?

A

Yes, but this needs to be arranged in advance of the collection.

What should I do if a parcel hasn't been delivered by the specified date?

A

This is very rare, but if this should occur, contact our Sales Department on (01943) 601938 or email us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk and they will be able to look into any possible delays for you.

What is the delivery charge?

A

Delivery is £7.00 per order within mainland UK, other areas will need to be quoted for. Orders over £100 are delivered FREE but this is only within MAINLAND UK.

Who should I contact regarding an order error?

What do I do if I receive a broken trophy?

A

We have a no quibble replacement policy in place. Whilst we package our trophies securely we do understand this can happen occasionally. If you receive a broken item please contact our Sales Department on (01943) 601938 or e-mail us at  enquiries@footballkit.co.uk and we'll arrange an immediate replacement for you.

i need my trophies before the first available presentation date, how do i order?

A

Please place your order as normal with the earliest presentation date allowed and enter a note at the checkout of the date you need these for, whilst we cannot guarantee to meet this date we will certainly do our utmost. If we cannot meet this date we will inform you immediately and prior to taking payment should you wish to cancel.

i want to order a trophy but it's out of stock, can i still order it?

A

All trophies if low on stock or out of stock will show a due date of when we expect to receive further supplies. We would suggest you choose an alternative but if the item is due for delivery we can still supply this. If the item is out of stock with no delivery due you will be unable to order this online, either telephone us on (01943) 601938 e-mail us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk or add a mesage to your checkout notes and we will check to see if we can obtain further supplies. Please bear in mind trophies are seasonal items and we are not always able to source extra stock.

Do you offer international delivery?

A

No, unfortunately we do not offer international delivery for trophies.
